Whats a fair price to ask for a 2 year old hen? Is it even worth trying to sell them?

I guess it all depends on the breed

As appway said the price would depend on the breed and the quality.

Heritage Hens are still worth a good price.

X-Bred hens or Commercial layers are usually worth only a few dollars.
