Those are some very nice looking Carcasses Sue! I bet they taste as good as they look (aside from the silkie... Just can't stomach that one).

So I showed my brother the pictures of the finished carcasses and he said they made him want to vomit.  Yes, even the white ones.  He couldn't understand why I would take pictures.  I asked him if preparing a whole chicken from the grocery store made him sick too and he said that was an entirely different thing.  We have a long way to go, people!

It's sometimes disheartening talking to people hey? But then you have a conversation with someone and are able to shed some light or knowledge, and it feels so great hey?

I love when I convert people to my happy hens' eggs. Good for you for raising some of your own food Sue.
