Congradulations on your hatchery. You have a nice FB page. Notice you say you have Standard Polish.
What varieties of polish and are they Standard or Bantam?

Have you put a catalogue together?

are you a registered hatchery? can you ship chicks with canada post?

Do you have a website. I can't view your facebook page as I don't have facebook anymore.

Congrats on the opening of Perfection Poultry! I was checking out your facebook page & I see you are offering a lot of interesting breeds including even the rare Icelandics.
You mentioned that you are able to ship chicks. I am wondering if you ship them outside of BC, and by what carrier?

Thanks so much for your well wishes! I actually have just standard Polish and my hens are a mix of colours with a gold laced rooster. I will likely look at focusing on one or maybe two colours in the future but thought I'd see what I hatch out this year with the girls I have.

No, I don't have a catalogue as of yet...just the Facebook page so far and I'm working on a webpage as well. It is almost a full time job managing social networking, web pages etc

I still have to find out more information about shipping chicks via Canada Post etc. I have been told there are courier services will ship live chicks (only when weather permits of course) and I was told that Greyhound accepts live chicks from another breeder (I haven't confirmed this yet either). Will continue to work on these matters and certainly, if you have any advice, please feel free to pass it my way. Thanks...

As mentioned in a previous post, I am working on being able to ship chicks over longer distances. I have to do some research to find out what is required. I will post something when I find out if I can ship outside of BC. I have been told that some couriers do offer this service but I imagine it comes with a price. I know as well that chicks can be flown (via Air Canada and likely Westjet as well) but again, shipping is pricey. Thank you for asking.

I won't have the site up for a bit (it takes a lot more time to build a site than just a FB page) but I believe you can still view FB pages even if you don't have a FB account. You can't contact the person or make comments on their page, but I do believe you can view everything on the FB page. Cheers...
