Wife just found this show, "Great British Food Revival". It looks like they use different hosts to cover different types of food. Going to have to search for more episodes. Limited selection on Youtube but there must be a site with them somewhere. I know we're going to be looking up more of Clarissa Dickson Wright's shows (I believe she just recently passed away). She's wonderfully un-PC. I love it!
