Oh wow, now that was very informative!! Was that Darth Vader? I thought I heard Vader mentioned when someone was speaking, smiling. That was so clear and concise, now I think I can actually feel comfortable bathing birds (blah, I have 6 big ones to do, no small task for sure). The video was explicit and made a good understanding of the steps. Never thought of trimming nails, but I don't think I will, no clue why, just don't want to shorten the nails of the birds I guess, a fear of nicking them and causing bleeding, I do have the powder, but too chicken.
