Tarzwell has recently announced that they will be offering government inspected rabbit processing starting in June, 2015!
Tarzwell Farms in Creston, BC is the only abattoir offering this service in the Kootenay region of BC.
they are still ironing out details, but it was suggested $5-$6/rabbit for processing and packaging.
