Had one of my meat birds fall over this morning so I had to look and see if I could see any reason for it, nothing look out of the ordinary except this thing. Has anyone seen something like it before?

It just fell out on the table when I cut the guts open, not attached to anything, just.... plop..... on the table.
and that is my cut in it you see. Forgot to take the pictures before I cut it open.
