I am loving the yellow legs and am watching for good tails developing now.

yes its my favorite part of raising them I think. Previously I was only happy with my cockerels, not my pullets,(probably made a lot more progress because I only kept about 6 out of every 60 culls) but this year I have some tremendous looking pullets!
They just aren't as flashy so don't seem as picture worthy but I will post some pics of them too because I am so proud of them!

Very nice, you are doing good work on improving, Miry. Amazing how the barring allows them to be not seen too well in the underbrush, good for saving lives I am sure. Anyways, yes, lookin' mighty fine!! Have a wonderful day, CynthiaM.

I think culling that many birds is a great way of improving things quickly. I hope to do something similar this fall with my Buckeyes!!
