Infectious sinisitus.
See any of the threads about mycoplasma or sinusitis.
Tylan (powder or .liquid) are options.
Denugard (sp?) seems to be a good option.
Highly contagious. Common in turkeys, spreads to chickens, very serious with pheasants. Waterfowl dont tend to get it. Dont know about Guinea fowl.
If it is in your flock there will be deaths. MY opinion is dont cull the flock, but do either isolate and treat, or, if need be, cull the sick bird.
