Brinsea Octagon 100 How much is it worth?

Just wondering how much this incubator would be worth. A neighbor is selling it. It also comes with humidity pads, thermometer, and candler.

Holds 180 eggs. Digital humidity and temperature control read out. Also has turner, that you can set to intervals and stuff. The humidity control has been replace with a new one. They say they have had really good hatches out of it. They paid $1200 for it from someone else and are wanting to charge the same for it. They were told it is a very expensive incubator.

Looks like these were a good unit, you might want to check if you can still order parts for it?
I once looked at pics of these from someone in the states and it was nice because you could download the manual for it but I am wondering if there was some question about still gettting parts for it?

My neighbors also have a Sportsman hatcher they want to sell with it for $500.

I think that It's all beyond my budget... I can only dream.

Does anyone have one of these, and how do they like it?
