Like a lot of poultry people early i the year I checked Performance Poultry's website daily hoping to replace some of Wyandottes and Brahmas plus add in some Black Cochins. Actually I was going in with another party hoping to cut the shipping costs. After some changes to the original order we had a statement of what to expect and sent off an email transfer for the 20% deposit. During the spring I heard some orders were delayed, but we could live with that.
On the day (June 10th) the orders were to arrive by WestJet I received a phone call that Performance Poultry would not be filling the orders. At the time I requested a refund, but after waiting a few weeks (there was a postal strike)I contacted the hatchery again. I have since been contacted that they needed my postal code and had it confirmed that they had the postal code and would be sending out a cheque. Two weeks later and still no cheque. This was my first order from this company.
