So Rico, Will you be entering any birds? Laughing Trying to decide if I should embarass my bantam cochins and leghorns by caging them next to your birds Shocked Rolling Eyes

DSSR, I was thinking exactly the same thing about my SL Wyandottes. Rolling Eyes
But I think it will be great to get a professional opinion on a couple of my girls. They are not nearly as calm and gentle as most of my other pullets, so I suppose I should work at getting them settled down. Otherwise bath day could be quite the experience! (Now where did I put those hip waders and rain coat?) Razz

Everyone think positive glass half full. At a show no matter who your competition is it is a valuable experience to learn more about your breeding stock. There is a huge opportunity to learn more about the breeds you raise.

Plus there is noting more satisfying than looking at your birds all clean and bathed in a row.

I find I have learned a huge amount about the breeds I raise through showing them, something’s you wouldn't have learned without exhibiting. And at every show I wish I had brought a few I left a home to get an expert opinion on them too.

Liz, how many of my birds can you wash up in two weeks? If you watch them I will enter them. Twisted Evil You will have to come and get them also because you can keep them warm in front seat of your little Suzuki. You might need to make more then two trips. Is that a deal? bounce

I will come and get your birds. I will bring a bread box to put them in since those Cochin are mostly feathers. If during the grooming process they are too cute and friendly I WILL keep them and maybe I will show them under your name. Can't promise anything. Very Happy
