So I'm so excited!!!! I have another chick hatching and I have NO idea how long it takes for a banty chick to finish breaking out. Can anyone tell me what the proper steps are that mother nature needs and if and or when I should intervine . I'm clueless and would really like to get this one right.

Don't intervene.

I have hatched a few bantams for a friend and they took WAY longer to hatch than my Chanteclers, who pop out like popcorn.

24-48 hours on the ones I hatched. It was ridiculous. lol My chants usually pip, zip and out in a matter of a few hours.
