I was wondering about that. I figure if I get them started on Monday they will be in the system. that will still allow them to get where they are going by Thursday or Friday. If I mail on Wednesday they may not arrive by Friday and be stuck in the post office over the weekend. The alternate was to wait till the following Monday and dump another 200 plus eggs in the garbage again. That's what I have to do during Christmas week.

I guess my concern would be them sitting in a transport truck all day Jan 1st. I guess if someone more local with 2 day delivery then they would be there for sure by that Friday.
You need to find a market in your area for eating eggs Perry, I heard that quail eggs are very packed with good stuff and so you need to market that as well, then when you dont have hatching sales you will have eating egg sales.
