Sounds like you have humidity issues. I would quickly pull is out and help it, mist and increase humidity for the other eggs. Could be a weak chick that couldn't zip or too dry and shrink wrapping before it could zip. Either way I don't think it will make it out on it's own.

sounds good hidden i will go try to slowly peel the membrane and help the lil guy out...i try keep humidity at 65% but i guess it still doesnt help em all....?

Sounds like you got your answer, but I have to add my bit here. My babies hatched this past weekend, and one got shrink-wrapped, so I took it out, misted it carefully with warm water, picked off some shell...AND SHE HATCHED IN MY HAND!! How cool is that??!! It was just so cool. Exclamation

So, anyway, I hope all goes well with your chick and the rest of your hatch. I think 65% should be plenty shouldn't it? Question

Yes 65% should be plenty, sometimes these little ones mess around too long and then the membrane dries out.
