Anyone going to Farm Fair?

Anyong hading to the farm fair at Northlands?

I would love to go to that some time, but we are always stuck going to the farm show in Red Deer the same weekend. I like the animals, but hubby is much more interested in iron.

Yes there is a very informative website I believe it is [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I might be wrong if I am just google farmfair international 2011 you should find it there. We try and go every year for the cattle shows, they use to have a couple of days with small livestock but this year the only small stock is the Alpacs. They have stock dogs and Heritage Rodeo along with the CFR.

I am also going on Thursday hopefully. Perhaps Wednesday too to catch the herford show. Thursday ahs the most cattle shows on one day, so going to go for that one! Going to have to miss the 2 breeds we have (black and red angus), but oh well, Ill just go look at my cows

at least the angus will be there to go look at if you cant make it on friday for the show

I will be taking Friday off to help with the Red Angus show. For about 20 years I went for the full week, but with work and the farm it seems to be getting harder. I will help my friends if they need help, but I don't think there that busy as 5 people went for the week and they only took 6 animals. Look forward to seeing the animals and get to visit with DGlessman and we can "talk birds".
