I noticed one of my BR hens plucking feathers out of other hens and eating the feathers. Is she lacking nutrients? My girls are moulting right now. should I be giving them some Poul-Vite?

This can become a bad habit, especially when there are lots of loose feathers around and new ones coming in
couldn't hurt to offer them some extra protein, it would do them all good if they are moulting and regrowing and maybe some extra stuff to peck on like pumpkins or other garden goodies..
