now I want turkeys. so that is ducks, pigs and now turkeys. maybe a scottish highland cow.

yes, I know FarmerBob, I drive past there and see them and think hmmmmmmm :-). They are such gorgeous looking animals. We are so not in the market for that kind of caper but one day. I feed my dreams with focus Smile . I wonder how they handle the heat, we get some pretty high temps here in the summer. Do you know those folks, guess you know a few people down this way seeing as it is your old stomping ground? oops. hijacking again  Embarassed

HI Magdelan, I don't actually know those folks who have the Highlands. Different people owned the farm when I lived there, but I see them when I drive by once in awhile when visiting. I'm not sure how they do in the heat either. I have 2 Highland cows, and they shed most of their hair in the summer here in Smithers, but no where near as hot as it would be in Osoyoos.
