That is great. I have been looking at getting some turkeys from
Porter's next year. I particularly like the Blue Palm and Sweetgrass.
I would be interested to see how yours turn out as well in that he
has so many interesting colors. I have also considered getting some
of the breeds that do not breed true so that you can get some variety.
That is part of why the Blue Palm are interesting with two colors of
blue and Royal Palm with the right combination. I would also be
interested in your experience dealing with Porters and where you had
the poults delivered in the U.S.

Any information about the experience of getting birds there would be
greatly appreciated.

That is great news, I was wondering what the highways south to the border would be like. Glad you have them and all are doing well.
Remember we all like pictures...When they are settled of course.

The turkeys all looked great when we picked them up, very impressed with the way Porters boxed them and also with the service from the North Dakotal US postal service at Portal. The postmistress called us at 7 30 am to let us know the poults would be there by 9 our time.

Hi there, we just went on the Porters Heritage Turkeys website and all the ordering was done over the internet. although they can be hard to reach on the phone they always did call back, I imagine they are pretty busy given the numbers of Turkeys they must have.
Overall very impressed.
