Duck envy

Here are my hot waxed ducks. 3 black runners just over 12 weeks old. One white runner 7 months old and 4 welsh Harlequin. All turned out really nice.

Mmm, hot waxed duck! Reminds me I need to have my legs done soon!

I'm trying 6 ducks again tomorrow I'll let you know how it went.
They're not my ducks they belong to a friend so at this point I have no idea what breed or age they are.
If they turn out I'll post a pic.... if not then

ducks turned out pretty good.
very time consuming though, and got lazy and just wacked the wings off instead of trying to pluck them.
must have been in a good feather cycle, very little down to drive me mental.
couldn't take pictures though, my cell phone fell out of my bra and into the icy water I chilled them in.
