New to this.. could I grow them in peat moss?

I've been starting everything in peat moss with one rabbit pellet in the bottom for nutrients. I'm guessing because I'd have to harvest the microgreens early, it would be unsafe to use rabbit pellets in it.

Any advice would be super swell.

I think if you were growing them in peat I would use some kind of organic nutrient to give them something as peat has no nutrients. You could try worm casts or perhaps an organic fish emulsion. I use worm casts in mine. I really like microgreens. We have been eating lettuce from the greenhouse for a couple of weeks now and I put pea shoots (you have to try those - use any pea that has not been treated) and microgreens with my lettuce...YUM!!
