Lately when I boil my eggs the whites stay mushy even though the yolk is hard. Has anyone else run across this or know what causes it? I don't like it! scratch

Funny, I had never had this happen before. I read your post a few days ago and thought...no, I have never experienced this...until this morning. I broke open 3 eggs that I imagine are from the same hen...just different days. They were huge eggs, so I didn't put them in the boxes too sell (not too big or too small) and when I opened the eggs, they were not double yolks. but loads of white....runny like water. They made a big omlette, but the white was a bit mushy. I have never experienced this before. I did have an egg with no yolk, now if I could just get them to lay a few dozen of those....
