After meringues....

I was left with 9 egg yolks and today is Valentine's day..... So I made beef tenderloin topped with a lobster tail and hollandaise, accompanied by asparagus and stuffed mushrooms. Desert was a Chocolate cake. I rolled away from the table. Yum!!!!

Clearly I am living in the wrong home....and the wrong province.

I agree Sue, I am in the right province but totally in the wrong home...

We had roasted chicken breasts, with rice and carrots. Dessert was brownies. Not very fancy at all, but did taste good.

Thanks, but I have just been cooking boring, quick, blah suppers for the last few months. I used to love to cook. It has just been busy and I lost my mojo. Tonight, was a treat! (And I didn't feel like studying lol)
