I think there's a good point there. I also find it deceptive when things market ZERO TRANSFAT! but are laden with processed sugars and such. I know a couple 'health nuts' at work have said "it's zero transfat so I can have it." They, however, haven't looked at the lable with the first ingredients containing high fructose corn syrup, fructose, glucose etc. etc.

But on the other hand, Pom Wonderful isn't allowed to tout any claims about the improvements pomegranate juice can give to your system, however Coke-a-Cola can say "Good for your brain" on their pomegranate juice which contains hardly any pomegranate juice at all.
