Officially A deal!

Just waiting on results of the well water analysis and that is the last condition before we officially own our own acreage! 5 minutes from Okotoks on 8.5 acres, super neat house and a big ass shop on it too. Woooyeah!!

Congratts Piet! Water is so important to check. When we moved here we knew the water was not fit for people, had no idea how bad it could get. We are so happy with our new water now.
I am hoping for good results so you can get your acerage, sounds like a great place.

I hope everything works out for the best, we have a great well 22 gal. per min, but most of our neighbours do not have water or good water some even share a well and they are always out of water

Will find out hopefully tomorrow from the lab, we already know there is lots of volume, just need to see the quality of it. Previous reports showed very good potable water, but we just have to do our due diligence.

It is just an empty space, but has water and power. However I have to insulate it first so that I can hang a natural gas heater in it. Gas is already roughed up to the shop. Slowly but surely I will fill it with critters and turn it into a zoo! Buddies tell me : awesome, you can put in a car lift and fix engines etc. I just laugh at that, no instead it will be full of critters, deerheads on the wall, a big beer fridge, stereo and a sofa.

I am happy for you guys on the one hand and on the other hand I am sad. You will go from living just minutes from me to an hour and I would bet that you will not be able to stop by as often. I guess if I look at it from the bright side of things , if my wife throws me out it looks like you have room for me and even my dogs and chickens. Congrats
