I am looking forwards to this Saturdays seminar.

Just have a question, are we to bring a practice bird to get some experience or is this a visual demonstration.
Curious as if we can bring a bird I would love to get some practice on Vader... LOL I feel that it will be a battle otherwise.

Yes! Bring Vader. We will use him as our demo bird. Probably only have time to bath a couple of birds cause KRL talks so much! Laughing

Wish we had a seminar like that here. I still don't get the grasp of how to do it, I follow instructions well, but near clear and concise instruction that goes along with it. Wondering how much prior to a show a bird should be bathed. I have 3 cochins and 2 buff orpingtons that need that thing, ich, not looking forward to so many wet feathers!! Have a wonderful day, CynthiaM.

Cynthia - I think we will plan one for when spring comes to get ready for any spring shows. I will keep you informed. When bathing your birds for the national just remember to rinse with lots of vinegar in at least 2 rinse waters. Nothing worse than sticky feathers esp. on a heavily feathered bird like yours.

Take Care and the apples await you when ever.
