Great idea! Smile When I had goslings I made something similar with 4L milk jugs but mine didn't utilize gravity like those do.

I should take a pic of my chicken waterers sometime - they are Chapman ice cream pails (YUM) with 2 inch holes drilled above the lid. I just fill'em with water and flip over into a $2 dollar store cat litter pan. Works well and waters my flock for about a week.
