Thanks Sweetened I may need help with the Facebook page. I appreciate the offer. It would be nice if you could make it Hidden I know it's a long way. My employer is paying the rent so I only have to cover advertising and I did buy tables from the church that shutdown in Simpson so I don't plan on renting any from the town of Watrous. The tables are not the best some are 4 foot some are 6 foot and a few are 8 foot but they don't weigh 85 pounds like the towns and I can haul them myself. I did donate $100.00 from last year to Telemiracle as I try to just set it up so we can get together and buy and sell not to make money on the function. This is the weekend before Johnstone brothers and Nelson's auction. I hope this works for everyone. I'll keep everyone posted thanks Murray

Sweetened you can just mail it to me or wait till that day. I'm not sure what I need for help yet. I'll let you know just spread the word and mention the Facebook page for people to post what there planning on bringing tentatively and what there looking for. Will be bringing some year old Rouen drakes and possibly rabbits. Incubators starting soon so will post later all we will be bringing.

I am bringing Some muscovies at minimum. I will also (probably) bring some mixed chicks somewhere along the line as well as the last of my lohmann leghorns.

Looks like I have 10-11 tables booked so far 2 from Alberta. A few details about the sale Spots will be $20 if you bring your own table. $30.00 if I supply the table. Also there is probably only around 8-10 spots with access to power. The powered spots are handed out by prepaid first walkins 2nd. So if you require power you may want to prepay. There are other power outlets but there not handy and you will have to run a long cord from the dressing rooms. Remember to bring extension cords.
