A buddy has a 8month old hen that has really loose,lime green,stinky poop,tail feathers mostly gone,really wet.Any suggestions much appreciated.

Usually by the time they get lime green poo it is not long before they die...Just my experience.
He could deworm her, check for bugs, but if her tail feathers are missing guessing something might have tried getting her, look for wounds she could be infected and is becoming septic.
