hello everyone its almost that time of year again! :onnest: for 2013 i will have hatching eggs (for shipment only) and day old chicks... breeds include:


black& blue copper marans
true ameracaunas (blue black& splash)
F1&F2 olive eggers (blue& splash)
LF dark cornish (hatchery quality "good meaties")

i will have chicks for sale for local customers and i can also ship via westjet at owners expense "generaly $100+-" plus crate expense
with 35+ chicks i offer discounted rate and always throw in free babies when they hatch! i ONLY sell healthy babies who have been in my care for 24-48 hrs to ensure they have started eating, drinking.

What is your shipping procedure to keep the eggs from freezing when shipping at this time of the year?

If you go on my facebook page I have pictures how I package eggs. I also add a 20 hour heat pack if the weathers extremely cold, I haven't had problems with eggs freezing yet

Triple J where do you get the 20 hour warmers, I have some 8 hour ones but would love to find some 20 hour ones.

Canadian tire has them as well as I think walmart I bought mine at last year!
