There are a few good books out there. Have a look at:

Sheep: A Guide to Management by Edward Hart,

The Sheep Book, by Ron Parker

Storey's Guide to Raising Sheep,

Perhaps there is someone out there that knows more about this and can advise.

I did find this blog with links to online courses from the University of Maryland.
My problem is that most of the course work is for folks with huge operations or at a minimum trying to make a living from raising sheep.

But it's a start... will post anything I find

This PDF lists a huge number of online resources

http://www.cansheep.ca/User/Docs/Resources/MSC%20Online%20Resources%20English.pdf

As does this one, organized under training, manuals, books etc

http://www.cansheep.ca/cms/en/Resources/Producer_Resources/ProducerResourcesMain.aspx

And somewhere I ran across from Canada, something called "Master Shepherd Course" --will keep looking
