I know people on this site belong to various riding clubs, poultry clubs and other clubs, that rent and use the local (in your community) agricultural grounds or buildings for various shows.
I am wanting to gather your experiences with the local council or whoever it is that manages your facilities.
What is the cost? Do they charge you a flat fee or a per person fee? If you provide your own concession, does the facility get a cut of concession profit? Do you feel welcome? Are any services provided in your fee or are you responsible for all set up, tear down and clean up?
In general, I want your experiences and if any of you have hard data (like cost) I would love to hear that too.
