May 12 - Critter N' Crafts Spring Sale - Vendors Booths

I will be cutting off the amount of booths accepted this year, due to last years overflow of vendors. Would like to avoid anyone being outside. I have already had an overwhelming amount of booths booked since I published the flyer. Booths can be booked online at my website. At this rate they will sell out very fast, so book early! The crowd should be huge this year, my system is sending out automatic emails to everyone that has contacted me, over 2500 address's, im limited to 300/day, so it is throttling messages out.

If anyone would like to help with advertising by posting flyers in their town, or posting online, on Kijiji, that would be great! Kijiji will only let me post a couple adds, but it would be nice to get them in the different categories, and locations!

I know its early, but this gives lots of notice & exposure!

Ty I can post some posters in Medicine Hat again and can do a few Kijiji ads as well in my local areas.

That would be awesome Anna, and Jayme. I hate how Kijiji wont allow advertising events in multiple locations... so frustrating.

That's sounds good. Do you send the form by email? If I get it today, I can send the cheque tomorrow as I have to go to town anyway.
I'm really looking forward to this sale. I heard that we actually have a wedding that day, but no way I'm gonna skip this sale

Everyone who has booked a booth, or plans to. Please feel free to post what you are bringing under the other thread. Thanks for posting the adds for me, whoever is! Im starting to find them here and there! Every bit of effort makes it that much better!

Just as an update. The amount of bird related booths already booked is huge! If you want to bring birds to the sale, please book & pay for your booth asap. If not soon, we will be putting a hold on bird booths, and have to start a waiting list. We need to save booth areas for people with other types of animals and items!

Thanks for all the help getting this advertised, I know its early, but this is the only time of year that I have a couple spare minutes to sit on the computer. Please continue to spread the word, and advertise!

The sale is going to be fantastic this year, full house as far as booths, tons of advertising, huge mailing list. Support from several Radio stations, Tv Stations and maybe a bit of a publicity boost from a celebrity friend

Is your celebrity friend have a show name Amy? If so I need to bring my girls, they LOVE that show and would love to meet her in person.

Is that anywhere near lethbridge?

If you've considered digital advertising, I can put you in touch with a contact, see what can be arranged for the billboard -- I know his specs, so if you were willing to do pay the advertising fee (dont know what it'd be), I could do up the digital ad for you. Same for Stoon, Kelowna and Regina, if anyone else needs that.
