Hey Sultan,

You may want to correct the spelling in your title. I read it as 'legsizing' and almost didn't open it. You may get more input.

Hi Sultan I corrected the title. I would think the best information you could get would be from a CLUCK member in Calgary. Not sure if you have Facebook but that is where I would start.

Hi Sultan

You may also want to contact Louis McCann at PIJAC (Pet Industry Joint Advisory Counsel of Canada), PIJAC is a National board of pet industry professionals - pet store owners, SPCA/rescues, groomers, trainers etc. I was one of the AB reps' for a couple/few years (years ago now)you can learn more about PIJAC here http://www.pijaccanada.com/en/

Louis is an extremely sharp, very knowledgeable man about pets and the legislation affecting them. One of the main focuses of PIJAC is fighting anti-pet legislation that various governments are trying to initiate or enforce. I will be upfront in stating that chickens (poultry of any form) are not typically classified as 'pets' by most cities, municipalities etc so I don't know if he'll be able to help you or not. But knowing Louis, if he can't help you, it's quite possible he'll know someone who can, as he has a broad list connections from the pet industry.

Hope this helps - good luck in your quest.
