New Puppy home

We finally got our new puppy home, right now his name is Tic, he is pretty happy with that name so it might just stick to him.
He is already glued himself to my oldest and myself, my youngest is trying to help out so he will bond to her as well. He is a smart little bugger, quick to catch on to most things, and did so well on his trip. Day one was over 6 hours, he would wine and bark in his new kennel for about 5 mintues each time we took him out to pee on the way but then quickly settle down and relax. The second part of the trip was 8 hours total between pee breaks and food/visit stops, and he did very well. Never one accident in his kennel and very little complaining when put back in.
He has been introduced to the chickens, ducks, and cats. Barked at the sheep but then left it alone. Has ridden on the Ranger and we have played a few games of come. He does really well. He met the other two dogs last night and did good, growled at Max once but a firm no and he never did it again. Of course Max and Pete were very good with him.
I think this new addition to the family is going to work out very well.

Yeah, glad you and puppy are back, of course we are all waiting for the pics.

So glad all went will with the big trip home. Sounds like he is settling in well. So happy you were able to get him and I look forward to growing up pictures as well!

He is having a blast coopslave. We took him for his vet visit and shots today, he was very brave.

What cute pictures,not only of the puppy but your daughters too. looks like he has some growing to do, those look like pretty big paws.

Thanks everyone, yes the girls are adoring him and he is adoring all the love.
Miry, Max was being a bad boy when we were gone, jumped out of the back yard twice on my mom, figures he cut it on the fence when he jumped out, but just a bit of a tear on his pad, he will get over it soon I hope, he has agility on Thursday...
Chicory he was one of Coopslaves pups, he is an Australian Border Collie (or sometimes called New Zealand Collie) and an Australian Kelpie. So herding lines.
It was pretty cute the first night at Kelly's place. He didnt mind the cat and all the people but when he spied the sheep below the deck he decided they needed to be barked at, pretty cute.

Way too cute Jayme. All good. And lots of time before the girls go back to school for him to get into the swing of things around the farm.

A person has backed out after weeks of saying they wanted him. Serves me right really, I trust to easily. Oh well, he is lovely and I am sure we will find the right home for him.

Aww he is such a good looking pup.

Myself and my sweetheart really want to get a 4 legged friend, but we have to wait until we have a place of our own.

Oh no, I can't go there...not yet anyhow! Just like Jonny, we're waiting until after finding our place and settling in. Well that sucks about the person backing out. Hate when that happens, but such is life. Good luck finding the pup the right home. (maybe he's already there? )
