The little paper that united our hobby since 1945 , will stop printing with its next issue. A sad day for the fanciers of Canada.

   

You are right Bob. I can't remember how long I have been receiving it but it seems like forever. I was hoping with it going bi-monthly it would help Paul out as it is a huge commitment. It will be missed.

Don't know if this is true or not? But I heard through a post that Paul is talking to someone who may take the paper over. Fingers crossed.

I don't think I've ever seen a copy of it anyway ...

But print media is dying rapidly, everywhere. It's go digital or die, these days. And yes, I used to run a newspaper.

Well Jen then you missed seeing the first page report on 2014 national show report Ch American White Wyandotte P B Shelton Reserve American Part Chantecler P Kendra Gale. A great report by some guy named Rico!!

Its the paper that keeps the feather fanciers together in Canada literally. I have made great connections with some of the best breeders in Canada through this paper that would have never happened without it. Maybe not a large scale printed paper, but very important to some in this very small world. I am very sad about it too.
