This is for those who like in-depth information on feeding their flocks.  The article is geared towards feeding companion birds, but lots of this is general and applies to all avian species.  There is a chart of nutrient contents of foods sources, info on toxins, the importance of vitamins and trace minerals, enzyme inhibitors and lots more.
