They're pretty funny so far. They're still getting used to us, so I can't comment too much on their personalities yet. They're curious, want to see what's going on. I had the door open to take photos and I had to keep chasing them back from the camera, they wanted to see it much more closely than I was comfortable with. At night, all four of them try to cram into the nestbox of their chicken tractor to sleep.
Physically, compared to my whites, they are far superior. Much larger, much better type, much more consistent. My whites are friendlier, but they were raised here and have been handled a lot.
Cynthia, nope, these ones are not from coopslave - though I see that happening in 2014 if I have my way! - these ones are from our own k.r.l., who was kind enough to hook a newbie up with some quality birds. Good Partridge Chanteclers are really hard to find!
