Cornish Starter Flock For Sale (Barriere, BC)

We are selling our approximately 10 Dark and 2 White Laced Red Cornish hens. They were imported from Iowa in July of 2012. Some are presently moulting, but laid a lot of nice light brown eggs this spring. They will lay well again after they have new feathers.  We could include a number of Dark Cornish pullets hatched this spring that will start laying soon..
Cornish chickens are a dual purpose heritage breed particularly noted in the development of modern meat chickens.  

The pullets have been sold.

These are nice hens. They gave us lots of eggs last spring and most are finished growing new feathers. They are being offerred now because we have acquired the White Chanteclers that my wife wanted many years ago and are expanding our Wyandotte flock.

The Dark Cornish went to a new home today (October 16, 2013). We still have two White Laced Red Cornish hens.
