Do you not have any cows yet? I am sure people wanting in on this venture would want to see the cows you are to milk and the facilities you are going to milk in.
I am sure you are going to run into some red tape on this venture, but good luck to you, I think it is a great idea.

We are currently working with another reputable program to set up facilities, we will be posting pictures as the Jerseys as they arrive to their lush new home.

I have a question. How are you getting around the transportation of the milk? Since raw milk is not illegal to drink or have, only to transport.

The transportion laws you are refering to are part of the Alberta Industrial Dairy Act which are regulations set out to govern licenced dairy producers. By definition of this act in order to be a licenced producer you must be in the buisness of selling milk. (In a nutshell)
