I’m not ready for Mr. Roo yet, but thought I’d put some feelers out now and see what’s available.

In the near future, I’m going to be looking for an older, gentlemanly silver laced Wyandotte rooster. (2-3 year old preferred, but will also consider cockerels). Type/comb I’m not fussy on at all, (in fact, a breeders culls might be just the thing!) but he must have good legs and show decent to nice lacing, as it’s those genes I’m really after.

Please email me at gamingmama AT hotmail DOT com if you may have a boy that’d work.
Thank you! Very Happy

Just putting this on hold, as I'm going to try a less complicated route in my lacing project first. Thank you to those who responded. Smile

Do you need the silver gene? I have a beautiful BLRW rooster left here.

Actually no, not anymore. Wink

Ooo, how nice and easy this would be too! BUT I'm not sure about bringing autosomal red in...might be hard to get rid off...but probably no more than yellow skin and rose combs. haha And sex linked silver should help to mask it too. I think...Hmm. Let me research this a bit more and I'll get back to you. Very Happy

Say, got a pic?
