Well, I am planning to drive down to the Lower mainland(Abbotsford/Aldergrove area) in about 2 weeks(no date set yet, can't get a schedule from my boss that far into the future Trip to the Lower Mainland, Can bring along....... K4cxf6) from Cranbrook(BC), probably going over hwy 95/1/coquihalla on my way there and taking hwy 3 back, but I am flexible on that.

Anywho, I thought I go thru my birdies and see what I could bring with me if anyone is interested. Still got some sorting to do but here is what I know so far!

Blue and Black Muscovy Ducklings, some Pieds as well but most are wild type pattern solids(mallard duckling stripes but feather out solid usually). 2.5 weeks old at present. Fat, free ranging little boogers that drive their chicken mommy nuts Trip to the Lower Mainland, Can bring along....... Big_smile. Asking $10/duckling -Also 1 Black scovie duckling that's 1 week old who holds his own with his bigger siblings. Asking $8

Green-head Australian Spotted Ducklings, have 1 clutch that's 3 days-old right now and another expect to hatch next week. Right now about 5 available, more to come depending on how the hatch next week goes. $8/duckling

2 Pilgrim goslings, females, hatched today(june 13th)! Nice pair of adorable little girls. Metzer line birds, wonderful fertility and temperaments in my adult trio. Asking $25/each

Adult Muscovy Quad. Yearling solid Black Drake with a yearling black hen, 2 yr old dark blue pied hen and a 3 yr old chocolate hen. All hens have hatched and raised ducklings this spring(the black is broody again but I don't need more!). The drake is unrelated to the hens so a great breeding group if you want to start raising solid/near-solid coloured Scovies. The drake is a sweetie pie. I just don't have the space for all these big duckies and lots of little ones still on the way. So have to half my breeding group.
Asking $75 for the quad.

1 Australian Spotted Duck hen, hatched last year. Just don't need this many hens, they were very prolific this year ...... Asking $25

i think the universe is telling me to wait for geese. I just seem to be in the wrong place at the wrong time this year. Would have loved to have your pilgrims. I am on vancouver island , not far from Aldergrove. If it doesn't work out with anyone else let me know.
