I was looking on the website and saw some stuff, but got confused with some of the Q&A, answers. Does anyone order through them? Can't believe the difference in price between the little giant 5 gallon poly waterer at this company and how much it is up here, but I guess shipping too needs to factor in and it could be about the same I guess.....how is the exchange rate between US and here these days? Anyone know. I have no clue, pretty clueless with things, smiling.....This is what was said on the Cutler site:

Can I order on-line from outside the United States?
Sorry we do not ship outside United States, US possessions and Canada

Does this mean that they do or do not ship to Canada? I found the answer weird, or maybe it is just the way I think. I need the float valve for the humidity tray in my incubator (Uno, please don't cringe, I have comments to your beautiful, smiling, post about humidity in the incubator). Have an awesome day, CynthiaM.

Oh Pops, nice to know. So...is the shipment pretty fast to Canada? Have you ever ordered a larger item, like a 5 gallon poly waterer? Wonder how much shipping would be for something like that, any clues? Guess I could just go on the site and figure out weight and then maybe there is an area for online calculating of shipping. Thanks. Have an awesome day, CynthiaM.

It seems to me it wasn't shocking, but I haven't ordered in a few years. You can't finish your order on line - at least I can't figure out how, you have to call.

The smaller items I thought were fair but not great shipping rates, I have shipped some incubators up and the freight as better than Canadian shipping rates but try to have anything shipped USPS, if they ship any other way some of the companies charge an extra 50$ to bring it across the border and as for Duty and customs, it seems to be who ever is working that day I have had thousand dollar items come through free and 100 dollar items get charged GST PST. I find it easier to phone them but on line can be done.

I ordered from them and know a few people who got incubators from them too. Fast shipping, reasonable and still much cheaper than anywhere in canada, even with taxes and shipping!

Thanks, looks like I'll be ordering a couple of things from this company, and henceforth in the future. I was shocked at how inexpensive things were compared to another Canadian company I have ordered stuff from. Makes absolutely no sense to me this kind of price difference for the same products -- and it annoys me. Have an awesome day, CynthiaM.

Get their catalogue. I find it much easier to read than the website. Reminds me I must get the new one, mine is a few years old.
