Tara, you missin' me or something, yep, Cind i with an "i", never would I bully anyone that spelled Cind y with a "y", smiling. It is all about pink, look at Donald Trump, now he is one of the pinkest guys I have ever seen, consistently, and looky at him
Remember a few years ago when we came to a gymkana in Kelowna, which our Daughters, their spouses and kids attended, that day was the day for pink wearing of the male gender. It was big and beautiful and pink, oh so pink. That would have been maybe 5 years ago. Wonder how long this day to denounce bullying began with "real men wear pink" began. But what a day to celebrate. Bullying is the most intolerable thing, comes close in my mind to thievery.
I did not even know it was pink, recognize and stop bullying day. Guess that is what it boils down to eh? Right down to the core. I didn't even notice when I was out on the town yesterday, anyone wearing pink. Must have been focused on the job I wanted to do, and that was obtain food, smiling.
Last night we attended the LA Fortune high school band concert. Our youngest Grandson is in Grade 8 and plays drums in his class. Pink. Yes, pink was the highlight of the evening, and all manner of folk wore pink. It was a very pretty pink night. I saw big boys, little boys, old boys, young boys, all wearing something pink, or mostly pink. It was awesome and made me wish that there was no need on this earth to ever require that one would need to wear pink to recognize that there is such a horrible thing on earth, such as bullying, sigh. It was enlightening, to say the least. It was a thrilling evening, with so much pink and listening to all these young adults playing their little hearts out with the musical instrument they chose to play. A most heart warming evening, even the paper the program was printed on was pink. I do love pink. If I had realized it was pink day, I would have worn something pink, I have lots of that shade, but guess, in my own little world and just don't see some things, and certainly do not watch much of the news, so have no clue what is going on much, other than my own little world here. Good golly Miss Molly.....bring on the pink and let bullying become a monster of the past, to stop the rearing of its ugly head. I think I will wear pink today, just for my own thoughts of pink making bully awareness. Great topic by the way. Yes. My men all wear pink and are proud to sport that colour. Have an awesome day, CynthiaM.
