CLAYTON! I need a new turner for my octo40

I am so stooopid these days. cant think. I should have asked a couple of weeks ago.
My turner for my 0cto40 has a little borken peice, a short plastic bit about a half inch long or so, it wore through and now my turner doesnt work.

Can I get that peice or do I have to get a new turner?
Are you coming to/at the show?

I thought I would be nice... lol...

Human turners are not as reliable as electric turners.

It is just a little piece, surely it is something they would have anticipated as wearing out. They should have a replacement part.
