Could you tell me the difference between a true ameracauna and an ameracauna? It seems when talking ameraucana the "true" is put in front of it a lot of times and i don't get it, we never speak of true brahmas or true wyandottes?

Ok, thanks. I figured maybe something like that. In that case "pure Ameracauna" would work just as well then.

but then i have seen "for sale purebred americanas from perfomance poultry " its kinda got out of hand allot of hatcheries sell "americanas, aracaunas" so allot of new people into it get fooled to what they are buying ... when in all reality they are buying easter eggers...

I just had a lady contact me about an ameracaunas, I will get ahold of her tomorrow and see if she wants him!
