I'm looking for hatching eggs of any of the following breeds for a March 10 set date (Easter hatch). I'm in n. BC so the closer the better to avoid long shipping times.

6 Speckled Sussex
6 Welsummers
6 Buff Brahmas
6 Salmon Faverolles
6 Wyandotte (BLRW/GL/pencilled/partridge)
6 Ameraucana
6 Cochin (black/blue/splash)
6 Chantecler

I don't need them all for this hatch, but am hoping to secure at least 2-3 dozen to set. I realize it's early in the season and many of you are setting your own for chick sales, but I'm hoping there is someone out there that can spare a few eggs!

I have BLRW, GLW and Black Cochins from your list, but later in the spring. I need a suitable rooster for the BLRWs.

Thanks to all who responded. I am still looking for the following breeds:

Speckled Sussex
Salmon Faverolles

I am also looking for quality Silkie hens in any colour other than white/black and, it's a long shot, but I am hoping to find Tolbunt Polish chicks/hens.

I'm in Northern BC (Vanderhoof/Prince George area) so the closer the better, but will ship if necessary or find p/u or transport if possible.

Henchy66 on the ACE forum said that he was bringing salmon faverolle chicks to the Salmon Arm poultry swap in that thread. Maybe he might have hatching eggs for sale. Good luck. Have an awesome day, CynthiaM.
