I want one of these! Trying to talk my wife into making me one but she seems reluctant. Doesn't want to see her picture under the headline "I'm Married to Bigfoot" or something to that effect.

It looks rather...uh...bulgy.

Maybe ChickenCrazyGirl can make one in Rustic orange. I think the appropriate placement of twigs and berries would be a must.

I have to think it wouldn't be terribly practical. You'd get shavings, straw and hay stuck to it constantly.

Unless it's only for indoor use .... Shocked

Looking cool doesn't need a purpose.

I also want extra ribbing on the stomach for that washboard look.

Fowler, you may also want to include a trap door. Since you are getting it custom designed, you will want all the bells and whistles.
Cool

Schipperkesue your a bad bad girl lol sorry I stick to the small easy to knit stuff. Looks like it would take a lot of work and you should work out what your willing to pay some one on that project I would say it may cost an arm and a leg.

Of course indoors! Its a survival suit for when the power goes out! Or,if your like my husband, dont have an ounce of body fat on you and enjoy cranking the heat (and cranking the power bill!)

Fowler, I think your wife should practice on something a little easier...like this!

Look, it is even in my size!

Oh ya, those outfits are called onesies (pronouned wunzees). My Husband has asked for one for Christmas (think he is getting it from oldest gal). But his is made from fleece. Have a most awesome day, CynthiaM.

Sooooo.....Is your husband getting one like the picture Fowler posted or like the one Schipperke is modelling? (And you all thought she was just a HAND model!! Hehehe.
By the way, the second wool outfit is much more practical for doing chores... There is less of it, and therefore less chance of straw and sticks gathering in it.

KathyS, my Husband is NOT getting one like what the female is wearing, now that would be just too much Shocked . Seem him wear some pretty weird stuff, but oh puleeeeeze Razz . Nope, his is the long one like the dude is wearing, only made of fleece. Probably has pictures of flowers or something all over it though Laughing . Seriously tongue , not sure, but I won't mind to take a picture to show my forum friends his onesy when he gets it. I know that is what he asked for when he saw a friend of the family wearing one when we went out to the pub for drinks the other night. Yep. this fellow actually went out in public with one, had to laugh my guts out. That triggered Husband's request for a onesy. Have an awesome day, CynthiaM.

Sue this is why you get the poxy legs when you do your hay, you must have long pants on! Laughing

CynthiaM I have to say the mental imagine I am getting of you hubby in a onesy is quit funny. I am picturing one with the little feet on it, a zip up the front and a button flap in the back. I think you had better post a photo for me to clear it all up. Very Happy
