I just love the creole pattern on feathers. It is my understanding that any breed can be bred to exhibit this feather colouration. Does anyone have a few hens to sell who exhibit the pattern?

I believe it is actually Crele and you will need to know what breed you would like as it's a color not a breed.
The most common, probably, is in the Old English Games.

Thanks for the correction.

I have seen pictures of many breeds with the feather pattern, both hens and roosters. I do not quite understand the pattern though. In another post it was indicated it could be bred. I am not sure how though. The feathers would be wonderful for the many craft projects requiring feathers since they are so pretty.

It is a beautiful pattern and I believe the fly fishermen quite like the feathers as well.

Fishermen eh? Maybe the spelling should be changed to 'creel'!
