Awards For The May 28th Red Deer Silkie Show

Here are the awards for the Silkie show at the May 28th sale. Public interest in the show has been strong, this will make for a nice opportunity to display and possibly sell after judging. Starting to get a lot of different colour varieties entered. Amy is wondering if that white rooster is part of the prizes??? Not sure what she will do with him since she just sold all her white hens for lack of finding a nice rooster...

The rest of the prizes look very nice.

Mom is a crafty person and has aprons and teatowels with chicken related themes embroidered on them and I think a homemade afgan or 2 that she would be willing to put up for the show if you are interested.

Hidden the rooster is just a prop lol.
But I would think there will be some White Silkie Roosters for sale at the Silkie Show. Those prizes looked so awesome I need some Silkies now

WOW they sure are great looking prizes!!! can't wait to get my silkies ready!! and i have looked at that book before, it is full of really helpful info and has lots of tips about showing!!

What colours of Silkies are people bringing to the Show? Anyone have Gray or Barred Silkies?
